You can simply log into www.elegante.lk and select your preference. We encourage you to zoom on the images listed for better understanding of the product features. You can be guided by the size chart provided and the size specification of the model featuring for the product
At the time of payment, you will be directed to the respective payment gateway which is secured. We accept payment via virtual wallets and cash on delivery. You can make the payment via any credit card added to your virtual wallet
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring,
- Check the Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, etc.
- Your Internet connection should not have disrupted the process.
- Verify with the bank whether your card has sufficient funds to make the necessary payments.
Confirmation of Order
- Once the order is placed the customer will receive an email with order details which will include the order confirmation number.
- For Cash on Delivery, Customers will be contacted by Eleganté representative to reconfirm the orders.
Cancellation of an Order
- Once payment is made or after placing an order you can cancel it only within 24hours as we make our best effort to dispatch the order within 24 hours from the order.
- From our end cancellation of an order will happen due to unavailability of the item, the wrong product being advertised or the wrong price being advertised. Our representative will inform you in such instances and arrange a refund or a replacement.
