Please be courteous to inform your return or exchange requirement to our hotline 0777400445 via voice, text, whatsapp, viber, messenger or email to email@example.com with the order number, item code, product quantity, reason for the return and your email registered in www.elegante.lkas reference.
To be eligible for a return, your exchange items should be in original condition with original package with all tags. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item.
Any return or exchange should be notified within 7 days of the receipt.Once we receive the items, We will return the price of the item to the purchasers account( é Points , the loyalty point scheme of Eleganté) within 14 days after a quality check.
If an item has any defect or damage, a free replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is not in stock, you have the option of selecting a new item of the same value or opt for a refund.
The exchange option will not be available if the purchased item is no longer available and will arrange a refund of purchase price via the payment method used during your purchase
Return of exchange will be absolutely free of charge if the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
You can’t make more than one exchange request for the same order.
Online purchases cannot be exchanged at our partner outlets.

Return within 7 days
In a situation you have second thoughts on your purchase and when you feel the item needs to be returned you can inform us via above stated mediums. We will arrange a pickup personal to collect the item. Open package need to be repacked and handed over to the personal in good condition.
Your refund will be deposited to your Eleganté account within 14 days of the return received to us after a quality check. In an instant you do not want to exchange the item we are compelled to deduct one way pick up charge from the refund amount and will be paid to you within 14 days to any bank account you specify after deducting the bank transfer fee applicable.
If your requirement is to return the item and exchange it with another item you can inform us as stated above with the new order number. We will arrange to deliver the new item and to collect the return item simultaneously.
You are required to pay for the new item and the refund pertaining to the return item will be paid after deducting one way pickup fee and bank transfer charges and will be paid to your specified bank account after 14 days of the receipt of the return item. Or you can request us to refund the value of the return item to your Eleganté account and make the new purchase from the account.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on undergarments for reasons of hygiene. We will only be refunding damaged or faulty goods. We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange on the sales/ discounted items.
Company will not accept return items that has been worn, washed or altered in anyway
